Your sign package will be delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days from when we enter your listings into the MLS.

Appointment Center & Lockbox

We also provide a combination lockbox for your optional use.   Agents will call our appointment center to set-up an appointment to view your property and to obtain the lockbox code.  Our appointment center records the name and contact infromation of the agent then confirms the appointment and provides showing instructions.  They also enter agent's information into the feedback automated email system to obtain the feedback on your property.

If you are home most of the time, the property is vacant, or if you travel frequently, then you will want to use the lockbox system to ensure that your property is shown on a more frequent basis. Again, the choice is up to you!  Our goal is to get your home sold – and to give you more choices in doing so.
