The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is territorial.

When hiring a Flat Fee MLS Company - make sure they are members of the MLS system that covers your area. There are many Flat Fee companies out there that are national lead generation companies (they sell their leads to local brokers). Beware of these companies - they may not be able to place your property in the MLS system that covers your area.

In addition, if applicable, our premium package  includes your property in its dominant local MLS coverage area.  This also would enter your property three times on REALTOR.com.
