Appointment Center/Lockbox

REALTORS®  are assigned a special contact phone number they have for our fulltime appointment center.  Giving agents access to schedule appointments 7 days a week.  In addition clients will have an option to use an optional lockbox (provided in package) for showing convenience and buyer’s comfort.  Once the appointment has been confirmed by you, we are able to generate a showing report letting you know who has shown the property. To obtain a copy of the report simply email us and we will email you a copy of the report at no additional charge.

Our appointment center is connected to our feedback system. When an agent shows the property using our appointment center, they will receive an automatic feed back survey asking what their buyer thought of the property without you having to manually enter the agent's information into the system. You will receive valuable feedback automatically.  This service is included in our package.
